Kraftwerk 2 was entirely written and performed by founding Kraftwerk members Ralf Hütter and Florian Schneider in late , "Atem" is a recording of breathing, while "Harmonika" features a tape-manipulated mouth organ. Kraftwerk has hinted that the album may finally see a re-mastered CD release after its Der Katalog boxed projtifilleatamo.puttvabwallveponcisolezytofouli.co: Krautrock, musique concrète, avant-garde, ambient.

  2. May 23,  · referencing Kraftwerk 2, CD, Album, RE, Unofficial, CR FYI there is a digital glitch in the mastering for this disc (not a pressing defect) which is heard at on track 3. Apparently this glitch exists on all copies since dBpoweramp CD Ripper lists 4/5().

  3. Again, this album is interesting in how it lead Kraftwerk to develop that Kraftwerk sound of The Man Machine and Computer Cafe. If you are a real fan of Kraftwerk or want to get a better idea of the music scene in Germany back on the early 70s, this album is worth a listen/5(30).

  4. Like its predecessor (similarly designed right down to the traffic cone cover, though green instead of red), Kraftwerk 2 has never been properly re-released, giving it the same lost-classic aura as the first album, or at least lost, period.8/

  5. In all, 'Kraftwerk 2' seems lost between progress and noisy still lives. While the ideas, Ralf and Florian (along with Conny Plank) applying here, somehow extend this early minimalist approach of theirs - apart from a die-hard fan, to someone as curious to discover it, 'Kraftwerk 2' .
